This page explains how this WiFiMan by Linkify marketing website and its demonstration handle information.

The interactive demo

The demo uses fictional business, network and screen details. Its settings live only in your browser’s memory and reset on reload. It does not sign you into the operational service, connect to UniFi, send emails or collect real guest-device information. Demo QR codes and PDFs contain only fictional credentials.

Quote enquiries

If you submit the quote form, the details you enter are sent to Linkify’s enquiry service using Formspree. This includes your name, business, contact details, location and what you tell us about your venue. We use those details to assess and respond to the enquiry. Do not include Wi-Fi passwords, API keys or other sensitive information.

Formspree processes submissions as the form-delivery provider and may process data outside Australia. Its privacy policy explains its own handling. A form confirmation means the service accepted the submission; it does not guarantee that a particular mailbox has received it.

Cookies, analytics and site requests

This website adds no advertising or analytics trackers and sets no application cookies. Fonts and product images are served locally. Like most websites, infrastructure providers may process request details such as IP address, browser information and the requested page for service operation and abuse prevention.

Operational accounts are separate

The hosted WiFiMan management service has separate accounts and operational settings. This marketing demo never reads or changes those records. Any service-specific data handling and support arrangements are addressed during onboarding.

Use the contact form to ask Linkify about information supplied through this website, including a request for access, correction or deletion. State that it is a privacy enquiry. We will review the request and confirm the next steps.
